The celebration and acknowledgement of World Oral Health Day centered around education. The Association took to the airways to deliver 30 minute segments on a range of topics such as Brushing and Flossing, The Dental Exam, Root Canals, Early Childhood Orthodontic Appliances, Orthodontics Sleep Apnea and above all, Why is a Healthy Mouth a Healthy Mind? The start of each talk began with our World Oral Health motto - A Happy Mouth is a Happy Mind.
The 2024 World Oral Health Day Slogan Competition - A Happy Mouth is a Happy Body
The Antigua and Barbuda Dental Association held a slogan competition this year for World Oral Health Day 2024. The slogan for the world was A healthy mouth......healthy body. We decided to have a competition specifically for Antigua and Barbuda. The winner and the winner up both had excellent slogans. They were from the same school, the Charlesworth T. Samuel Primary School. CONGRATULATIONS!!
